Return and Exchange Conditions
To return or exchange a product or products, you must send them back in their original packaging, with all accessories and packaging materials intact, along with all invoice copies and a brief note explaining the reason for the return or exchange. The products must be undamaged, unused, and in a condition that does not affect their resale value. Used products or products without an invoice are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchange
You can request an exchange within 30 days from the date you received your order. First, you need to confirm the availability of the product with our customer advisor. For exchange requests that meet the above conditions, you will receive an email notification and your exchange will be processed. After that, the product(s) will be sent to you by courier. If you wish, you can also exchange the product(s) you have purchased with their invoices from our nearest stores.
Return
You can request a return within 14 business days from the date you received your orders. Your invoice and the complete product will be examined by the cesit.com.tr technical team. Return requests that meet the conditions specified above will be approved. Once the return is approved, your refund will be processed within the legal period of up to 10 business days, based on the payment method used for your purchase. Please note that your bank may not reflect credit card refunds to your account on the same day; in such cases, you may need to contact your bank's credit card service. For installment sales, returns are reflected as a credit balance on your credit card by your bank each month. If you chose "Cash on Delivery" for your purchase, your refund will be deposited to the IBAN number or bank account number you provide.
Shipments that do not comply with the return conditions outlined above will not be accepted. If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and any other legal obligations cannot be refunded. If you do not have an invoice, you must contact us before returning your product by calling 0212 426 71 71 or emailing info@cesit.com to obtain information regarding returns and exchanges.
Shipping Fee for Returns and Exchanges
All shipping fees for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. The customer may use any shipment company of their choice for the shipment. Please note that shipments with recipient payment will not be accepted. Ensure that your return is made in full compliance with the conditions specified above.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel the order of the product you have purchased on the same day before it is shipped by calling 0212 426 71 71 or by sending an e-mail to info@cesit.com. Orders that have been delivered to the cargo company cannot be canceled. After receiving the "Order Canceled" notification email, the full amount will be refunded to your credit card or bank account used for the payment. For installment sales, refunds are reflected as a credit balance on your credit card each month by your bank.
